Sometimes a white shirt and a black skirt can look like a hostess at a restaurant. But that shirt is so ruffly and pretty, it does not!

Wouldn't work in my banking world. Entirely too "cutesy" for a traditional corporate environment, unless you are the admin. A jacket might help.
