Such a pretty color on you, but I wish the length was either longer or shorter! If it cut off at the knee I think it'd be perfect :) Cutting off at the ankle just looks awkward.

Thanks for the comment. When you are my height it is difficult finding maxi dresses that are actual maxi dresses, ie long enough and sometimes when you order clothes from ASOS, the length becomes an issue. I still feel very comfortable in this dress and it is one of my favourites :-)

Belt certainly draws the eye...a natural fabric, such as rope, burlap, etc., in a narrower footprint would enhance the "island" statement, especially if repeated in an ankle bracelet with sea shells attached!

Hey dear. I love the purple dress but the belt is a little too much,it has all these details on it and taking the look of the dress away. Quick tips are small slim (I prefer brown) belt and a long necklace like a pendant with bangles. And the look is complete.

Thanks for your comment. That is your opinion, but I don't like brown belts and I don't like to dress like veryone else :-) I felt very comfortable in this outfit...

yeah i think the biggest thing to consider in wearing an outfit is to be comfortable on it because if that so then you will stand out :)
