Halloween and YES the shoes were grabbed for the photograph 
Bearing in mind the shoes were the closest ones to me & that is why they were hurried on for the benifit of a quick picture. I WOULD NEVER WEAR THEM IN PUBLIC WITH THIS DRESS! What I do like is the grey/blue dress comlpimented with orange accessories
